Shipping information
Our German partner DHL is responsible for the delivery of your order. All packages are insured and can be traced online. Delivery and pick-up can also be made at and from all DHL package stations.
*All prices include the value added tax.
Deliveries within Germany
We charge a flat rate shipping and handling fee of €3.99 per order.
We offer free delivery on orders totaling more than €29.00 within Germany.
Terms of delivery
Unless otherwise stated, deliveries within Germany should arrive within 1-2 days and international orders should arrive within 2-14 days of dispatch or your payment being received.
Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.
If your order contains items with different shipping dates, we will combine them into one shipment unless otherwise agreed. This means that we will only dispatch your order once all of the items are available.
Deliveries abroad:
Due to current EU laws (EPR and WEEE), we will no longer ship to EU countries from 27.12.2023, only to Switzerland with delivery costs of € 19.00.
